Placement Services:  We provide several options for new senior residential housing with the objective of meeting your requested amenities, budget, location and size.
 
Household Downsizing and Organization: We evaluate current household items with recommendations on downsizing and the best use of the existing furniture in your new space.  Those items not accompanying the client to the new residence are distributed according to your directions to family members and friends, placed in storage units or estate sales, and donated to charitable organizations.
 
Complete Move-day Supervision:  We coordinate all aspects of the move, including care and entertainment of the client on the day of their move to minimize the difficulty and trauma that can accompany a move. We ensure that the critical new spaces around the bed and bathroom are arranged in the familiar patterns of the previous residence.
 
Room Décor/ Space Planning: We decorate and arrange the tasteful use of space in the new residence to match our client’s unique needs. We decorate the new living space to reflect their interests and personality to create a warm, inviting environment that welcomes and keeps them connected to their favorite things.
